Waterlook ® Puddled Artificial Green Hydrangeas in an Oval Clear Glass Bowl - Waterlook ® is a trademarked, non-sticky, dust resistant formula which creates the illusion of fresh-cut flowers in water. Although "silk" is a common term used to describe artificial flowers and foliage, our floral designs are actually made of materials that have more durability and do not fray or fade as silk does. Each bloom, leaf and stem is individually wired to maintain realistic form, while the subtle colorations, shadings and striations in the natural flower are duplicated to perfection! No assembly or “fluffing” required; arrangement arrives ready for display. Cleans easily with a duster or dryer on cool setting; made in the USA of imported components.

SHIPMENT:  UPS/FedEx shipping or LTL freight charges are added to the order total at Shopping Cart checkout. Inside Delivery, delivery to Gated Communities and White Glove Service are not included in standard shipping charges. For return, the item must be secured in the carton as shipped to prevent damage during return shipment.  All cartons should be opened and inspected immediately upon delivery, BEFORE CUTTING THE PROTECTIVE STRAPS SECURING THE ITEM TO THE CARTON.  If dissatisfied with the product, Buyer must request return within 7 days.  Unless defective, return shipping is paid by the Buyer.

Please contact Distinctive Designs immediately at customerservice@distdesigns.com or 800-243-4797 x 107 for return authorization and if you feel a delivery postponement due to weather may be necessary to ensure the safe return of your arrangement.  Credit will be given for items received in saleable condition, secured in the original carton.  Unless claimed damaged or defective, returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

PLEASE NOTE for Waterlook products: To insure your Waterlook brand arrangement is returned safely, we do not recommend shipping Waterlook brand items if the delivery route temperatures are below 32 degrees F.  Prolonged exposure to extreme cold temperatures may cause the Waterlook chemical to contract and fracture the glass vase or container.
