ORDERING ASSISTANCE:  Inquiries are welcome TOLL-FREE between 8 am-5 pm (CST) Monday through Friday.  Written orders via mail, fax or e-mail are requested.  Orders are subject to review and acceptance by Distinctive Designs at Russellville, Alabama.  Our terms of sale supercede conflicting provisions on customer purchase orders.

MINIMUM OPENING ORDER on account is $500 or prepaid is $250.  There is no minimum re-order for established accounts, however there is a $25 charge for orders under $250 and they must be prepaid.  Any DISTINCTIVE DESIGNS product may be combined to achieve the order minimum.  We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

ORDER LEAD-TIME: Shipment of finished arrangements is ordinarily 4-6 weeks.  However, stems and decorative accessories, such as, planters, are available for immediate shipment on credit-approved orders.  NOTE:  If your order includes both finished arrangements and stems / accessories AND you would like the stems / accessories shipped immediately, please submit separate orders to ensure Quick Shipment of stems / accessories.

OPTIONS – FINISHED ARRANGEMENTS: When ordering items with options, specify both the item number and the option letter:  example:  3160B = 3160 Rose Topiary in Cast Iron Urn (item number) in B (Yellow color option).

COLOR OPTIONS – STEMS: When ordering stem flowers, specify both the style number and the color code as shown next to components in Catalog #021, e.g., DR-835 (style number) and WH (color code for White).

MINIMUM PACKS – FINISHED ARRANGEMENTS: Please conform your orders to increments of the pack specified for multiple-packed items.  Orders for non-conforming quantities will be adjusted to the nearest pack and shipped accordingly without notice.

MINIMUM PACKS – STEMS: Pack quantities for each component are stated, e.g., 1 dz (box) / 10 dz (case).  Please conform your order to multiples of the box specified since we cannot split boxes or assort colors within boxes.  Orders for quantities other than box multiples per item will be adjusted to the nearest box increment and processed for shipment accordingly without prior notification.

SHIPMENT:  UPS/FedEx shipping charges are prepaid and added to invoice.  Shipments more economical via motor freight, or that exceed UPS/FedEx size or weight limitations are shipped freight collect unless we are instructed to drop-ship for your account, prepay and add shipping charges to the invoice.  An administrative fee of 10% of the freight bill will be charged when we are requested to prepay freight and add to invoice.  Routing preferences are honored where practical and economical, however, we reserve final determination of appropriate routing.

BACKORDERS:  Unless directed otherwise, backorders are shipped up to 90 days after original shipment, then cancelled, unless reinstated by customer upon notice of cancellation.
