Orders are subject to review and acceptance by Distinctive Designs (DDI) at Russellville, Alabama.
ORDER LEAD-TIME:
1) Shipment of domestically-produced florals, plants and trees is ordinarily 2 - 3 weeks.
2) Imported stem flowers and foliage, fruit and vegetables and decorative accessories, such as planters and other imported items that are not subject to domestic manufacture are Quick-Shipped within 5 work days. NOTE: If your order includes both domestically-manufactured finished botanicals and import items AND you would like the stems / accessories shipped immediately, please submit separate orders for Quick Shipment of the stems / accessories.
OPTIONS – MANUFACTURED PRODUCT: When ordering items with options, specify both the item number and the option letter for Series items: example: 3160B = 3160 Rose Topiary in Cast Iron Urn (item number) in B (Yellow color option).
COLOR OPTIONS – STEMS: When ordering stem flowers, specify both the style number and the color code as shown next to components in Catalog #021, e.g., DR-835 (style number) and WH (color code for White).
MINIMUM PACKS – FINISHED ARRANGEMENTS: Please conform your orders to increments of the pack specified for multiple-packed items. Orders for non-conforming quantities will be adjusted to the nearest pack and shipped accordingly without notice.
MINIMUM PACKS – STEM FLOWERS: Pack quantities for each component are stated, e.g., 1 dz (box) / 10 dz (case). Please conform your order to multiples of the box specified since we cannot split boxes or assort colors within boxes. Orders for quantities other than box multiples per item will be adjusted to the nearest box increment and processed for shipment accordingly without prior notification.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Due to possible delays of imported components or unavailability of seasonal natural materials, we reserve the right to make minor component changes in our domestically manufactured floral products. Such component variations will not impair the appearance of the design. Special attention is given to maintaining quality, quantity, color and design in each variation. Substitutions of stem flowers and foliage and planters are ordinarily not made without your authorization.
SHIPMENT: UPS/FedEx shipping or LTL freight charges are added to the order total at Shopping Cart checkout. Inside Delivery, delivery to Gated Communities and White Glove Service are not included in standard shipping charges. BACKORDERS: Unless directed otherwise, backorders are shipped up to 90 days after original shipment, then cancelled, unless reinstated by customer upon notice of cancellation.
