FREIGHT CLAIMS:  We will file all freight claims with the carrier provided customer supplies us all necessary documentation to process the claim.  SHORTAGES must be noted by the customer on the delivery receipt before accepting delivery.  Cartons with APPARENT DAMAGE should be opened and inspected with the delivering carrier's driver, with number of pieces and nature of damage noted on delivery receipt before signing.  DAMAGED merchandise should be refused at delivery.  In the event of CONCEALED DAMAGE discovered after delivery, notify us  immediately.  Merchandise should be retained in the original carton for inspection and return by the carrier.  Carriers require notification of concealed damage within 10 days of delivery. 

RETURNS:  Manufacturer’s responsibility is limited to receipt by the original consignee of merchandise conforming to the advertised product, free of transit damage or defects in materials or workmanship.  All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival, retaining the article in its protective packaging.  Merchandise may not be returned without our prior authorization and observance of our instructions for prepaid return.  Return authorization must be requested within 5 days of delivery.  Unauthorized returns will be refused. 

Arbitrary return of merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge.  Credit is given on merchandise that is returned in salable condition. 

WARRANTY INFORMATION:  We are unable to provide a warranty on products that are inherently fragile and subject to disarrangement and damage immediately after removal from packaging. This in no way relieves us from the obligation to provide a product that conforms in materials and workmanship to the advertised product.

1. Are your prices wholesale or retail?
The prices on our web site are Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price.

2. How do you clean foliages and florals?

We recommend that you clean the foliages of greenery, plants and trees as needed by spraying the environmentally friendly Silk ReNu™ cleaner. Components used in arrangements from other product categories — such as, floral, Waterlook® and botanical arrangements — may include hand-painted grasses and flower stems as well as preserved components, such as, preserved palms, that are more delicate and are not suited to cleaning with liquid solvents. For example, occasionally we use floral and grass components designed with water-soluble paints and dyes that will run. In general, the best way to clean any permanent floral or botanical is with a blow dryer set to its coolest temperature setting or with a feather duster. One may also use a vacuum cleaner to clean dust carefully from inside Waterlook® arrangements' containers.

3. What is your lead time?
a)  Domestically-manufactured product – Our designed florals, greenery, plants and trees are manufactured domestically from imported components.  Our lead time for domestically manufactured product is currently two to three weeks from receipt of a prepaid or credit-cleared order.  

b) Imported Product - The lead time for imported floral components (stem flowers and foliage, produce, planters and accessories, not subject to further domestic manufacture) is 5 working days. 

c)  Warehouse Stock - Quick Ship items may also include items already manufactured and ready for shipment, but shipment of the order has been delayed, the order cancelled or returned.  We update the list of available Quick Ship merchandise weekly, we encourage you to call Customer Service to request an updated list before placing your Quick Ship order.)

4. Where is my order?
